QLED and The Frame TVs
Hello,
Does anyone have any idea what this yellow “bar” could be caused by? It just appeared (on the left side of the screen - vertically) and won’t go away. I’ve tried the picture test and resetting, different inputs, and got nowhere. Ideas?
Thanks,

QLED and The Frame TVsIt looks like the display lighting is going bad and the TV needs to have a tech check it out and repair it.

QLED and The Frame TVsHello GaryB82,
Thanks for the reply and advice, I was hoping it would be a something I could repair myself, IE: replace a ribbon or control board or something. I appreciate the response, I will look into it!
Best,

QLED and The Frame TVsRight on, I was seeing (and hoping) maybe someone has gone through something like this that they may know a “do it yourself” fix for.
Thanks again,

QLED and The Frame TVsHello CasualMember,
Thanks for the reply. Yea, I agree. That seems to be the case w/ a lot of these Frames - Screen issues after one or two years, for sure 🫤. I’m hoping it’s an “cheap”, easy fix though. I have a Samsung ES8000 that was giving me problems after a few years of heavy use, swapped out a bad ribbon cable and it’s still going strong to this day, years later.
Cheers,
