QLED and The Frame TVsHello,
I just purchased a new Frame TV. The initial TV had a flaw so the installers recommended that I get a replacement ā though the TV worked well and I kept it on its stand until the new one came and they installed it on the wall.
Now, since I got the new TV the day before Thanksgiving, it constantly reboots, sometimes more than others. As of today, the TV is pretty much unusable because it was rebooting whenever I try to put a show on or change the settings.
I have tried all of the suggested troubleshooting steps including a factory reset. What I can see of the OneConnect cable is fine ā but I cannot get an 85ā TV off the wall to check the connection at the back (why I paid for installation) I have contacted Samsung and they want to send a repair person out. However, as this is a new TV, Iām worried about getting a TV that needs ārepairā in the first place! And that it will necessitate ongoing repairs after this first one - which is scheduled well into December.
Has anyone here had this issue and has the TV successfully been repaired??? I donāt want to keep dealing with a pricey TV that will constantly necessitate repairs (which take two weeks or so to get done).
Thanks
