Is there a reason why a $1,500 TV doesn't have Chromecast support?

Name: Samsung Q80BA 75
Model: QN75Q80BAFXZA

Google Movies (which was renamed to Google TV) doesn't support it, Disney+, Plex and many other services don't support Chromecast except for YouTube.

How does a $1,500 TV only have Apple Airplay?

This is horrible customer service.

Can we get this added in via a software update ASAP?

It is Google for not wanting to support Cast for Samsung TV OS so that Google can sell their Chromecase dongle. It is what it is, take advantage of your return policy if the TV isnt for you.
