Cant Register QLED TV on Samsung account

Can't register my QLED TV, when I do it says its missing a letter from serial number, then when I put the missing letter in it says it can't register it.
It does show up in my products but when I click into it iy says not registered and still missing a letter.
I tried un register and re register but getting same issue.

Can someone help with this?

When you sign in to your Samsung account on your TV and link it to Samsung SmartThings, it should register it. When that happens, it will keep telling your input that something is wrong when attempting to do it manually. Also, when manual registration is your only option, using the QR code really helps, eliminating the need for all that information.

Call customer support and have them sort it out.
