Back button not working on Frame remote and SmartThings

The Back button is not working on my Samsung The Frame remote and also not in the  SmartThings app. Tried to reset all possibilities, but nothing helps.

Is this due to a recent update?

Had contact with Samsung Support (the Netherlands) via chat. A factory reset solved this issue.

Back button works again.
