Can someone who manages this app please fix it?? It isn't able to find my created albums. It only finds downloads, camer, and screenshot.

This REALLY needs to be fixed.

Likewise, under settings of the same app, why can't users customize the number of photos to be shown on a screen? Want between 3-5....not 8-9.

PLEASE help.

Oh, this is for the TV connected to Smart Things?  No wonder I do not have that setting in Smart Things.  In any case, I have noticed, when selecting photos to add to posts in this app through Link to Windows, LTW only accesses those same three albums--if I take screenshots of my watch, I have to move it from the created "watch" album to the screenshots album. It's obviously something in the programming that only allows access to the base albums.  I suspect it's because they don't know what other albums people have created and since they "own" the base albums (so to speak), these are the only ones they allow access to.

I have a couple of suggestions for you: 1. copy (not move) the photos that you already placed into albums and that you want to use on your frame into one of the base albums. This, of course will create duplicates, thus also filling up your storage.  2. I have just confirmed that you can create an album within the Camera album by going to the "my files" app, opening the DCIM folder, and moving the folders for your created albums into the Camera folder. They will still show as separate albums in your Gallery, but you should be able to access them in Smart Things (I was able to have it show up in LTW, where it wouldn't before).  You can't do this from within the Gallery. Send feedback to express your annoyance with the restriction.  Maybe with enough feedback, they will address it in a future update.

I don't find a setting for "auto gallery" in the smart things app. Why would you view pictures in Smart Things?

Do you have your gallery set to show only essential albums?  There should be a text on the upper right of your gallery home page, saying "view all".  If only your "essential" albums are showing and tapping "view all" brings up your created albums, you can either leave it in the view all view or select all the albums you want to see every time you open your gallery.

Thank you for the images.

I don't see a 'view all' option as you show. In Gallery, it's set to 'all albums'.

In Auto Gallery in Smart Things,  it only shows essential albums and does not have a 'view all' as you show.

Can you screen shot the auto gallery setting in smart things, as I can't seem to find anything with that name. Also, when you check your DCIM folder in my files, do you see sub folders for the albums you created? In order to see essential albums, you would have to choose which are your essential albums in the gallery app, you can choose them all to be essential and then, perhaps, smart things will find them. But why not just view your photos from the gallery?

Here's the requested pictures for what I'm trying to do.  My other albums exist in Gallery and are set to essentials. I can view them fine in Gallery.

However,  to add them into the Auto Gallery app, my other albums are not found.
