QN90C refurb just purchased. I want to use the optical out converted to rca for my stereo and tv speakers at the same time. Getting this to work requires an audio delay setting to synchronize the two speaker setups, but the setting necessary changes based on the tv's selection source. NextGen antenna input uses a 0 delay, standard (ATS 1) input requires ~ 100, tv internal apps work best ~ 180, and HDMI inputs can be between 40 and 80.
The Samsung tv I just replaced had a digital output headphone jack which worked perfect for this setup! Does anyone have a practical solution to this problem? Can I use an HDMI ARC soundbar and bluetooth to my stereo at the same time?? I'm beginning to hate Samsung and the brainfa$t changes there doing to new electronics.
