QLED and The Frame TVs

I have an Apple TV 4K running tvOS 18.6 that is not able to control the internal speakers of my The Frame (QN50LS03BAFXZA). Can you allow Apple TVs to control the internal speakers, or does anyone have any workarounds? This works flawlessly with almost any other brand of TV and even smart home systems.

Thanks!

Interesting, thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. I imagine you should be able to use the remote for basic commands, like volume changing. Have you tried enabling Anynet+ on the TV and enabling the HDMI-CEC on your Apple TV? Home > Settings > All Settings > Connection > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC).
For the Apple TV; navigate to Settings > Remotes and Devices > Control TVs and Receivers and ensure this option is turned on. You can also go to "Volume Control" and set it to "Auto" to let the Apple TV automatically choose the best method for controlling your TV's volume.

Yes, I have done this, and then I reached out to support, and they said that the Internal Speakers of The Frame are not supported to be controlled via an external CEC, such as an Apple TV. I can control the volume via IR, but that does not work for the setup I am looking to achieve. Everything else is exposed to CEC, as I can wake and sleep the device with no issues. How can we request that this be allowed?
