Hi, I have a qn65q80dafxza (a Q80D bought from Costco). We use captions a lot and for most Apps (youtube, netflix) it seems that the App itself controls the settings of the Captions.
But we also use the PBS app and from what I can tell it is using the caption settings of the TV itself. I'm able to enable captions and control many features like font and size, however the "position" of the captions is marked in grey and says "this function is not available"... And the position is awkwardly in a corner which makes it very hard to read on such a big screen while watching the show.
From what I gather there are some tricks like you can only change some settings if they are not in use. I've tried being in Antenna mode, or using YouTube, or my DVD. Always the function is not available.
Does this TV just not support moving the position? or is there some other trick
