Having the exact same issue with 2022 Frame 42" -- very frustrating! We only noticed this begin happening with any regularity within the past 3 weeks or so. We, too, are on what the TV claims is the latest firmware.
Having both of these issues with a 2022 Frame 55. Turning off Apple TV does not enter art mode anymore and TV randomly turns on from Art Mode to aerial source at different times without any user input. Wanting a solution to this asap Samsung.
I have 2 FRAME 2022 televisions (65") and (55") and out of the blue we've had similar issues. Both sets started turning on at random intervals after being powered down. Factory Reset them both twice and the problem is still there. Clearly a firmware issue. But for the time being both televisions have to be unplugged when not in use. A bit rubbish - we were really happy with them until today.
New firmware just released and guess what? It doesn't fix it. In fact its worst. I have the frame Art to sleep in 15 min. During that 15 min, it will Leave Art Mode and switch to either HDMI1 or Samsung TV. I even bought a brand New Apple TV 4K. Art mode still exits multiple times within the 15 min. On its own. Give us the old firmware! Not this stupid one that has been released that also keeps displaying the art mode settings when you start it. Who needs to see that every single time! This is so up and i'm losing my patience.
I have the same problem. Got a download link to firmware 1520.7 from Samsung Chat support.
But it gives the same problem. Now it actually turned on Art mode this morning when I had turned the device off yesterday evening (so it wouldn't swap to TV during the night)
Seem like some sensor function (IR / Light/ WIFI ) will now wake it up even from off mode. Or maybe it decided to wake itself up during night and got back to sleep mode after timeout.
