What should I do if Samsung refuses warranty coverage if the phone is damaged six months after purchase?

我一月份买的,七月份就坏了。我一直把它靠在墙上,没动过。上周回家后,我发现支架一边比另一边高,屏幕完全皱了。我把屏幕收回来,然后打开,以为它会自己修好,结果屏幕底部从滚轮上脱落了,把固定它的尼龙绳扯断了。我怀疑胶水可能老化了,失去了粘性,导致屏幕从滚轮上脱落,导致支架皱了,变形了。我联系了三星客服,但他们援引了三星的政策,称三星产品的任何物理损坏,无论是人为错误还是设计缺陷造成的,都不在保修范围内。我很纳闷,为什么这种物理设备会在电子保修范围内;他们可能只保修遥控器。我现在该怎么办?自己维修会很麻烦。拆卸很麻烦,而且屏幕太皱了,我不确定是否还能继续使用它。

And you bought this item directly from Samsung? Cause the sticker says VividStorm, made in China. Not Samsung, which is a Korean company.

Purchased from buydig.com, but it was within the one-year warranty period, so buydig requested Samsung to provide warranty service.

Looks like to me that it might be a Chinese knock-off and not a Samsung product, so it wouldn't be covered under their warranty. Do you have a copy of the Samsung warranty that came with the purchase?

那个就是正规的幕布厂商给三星代工的,现在问题是三星售后承认是三星产品,但是不给保修,说是物理损坏,一切物理损坏三星都不给保修

"This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship encountered in normal, and except to the extent otherwise expressly provided for in this statement, noncommercial use of this product, and shall not cover o the following: damage that occurs in shipment, delivery and installation and uses for which this product was not intended; product where the original factor serial numbers have been removed, defaced, changed in any way, or cannot be readily determined; cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, chips, and other damage to the product’s finishes; damaged caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature; damaged caused by use of products, equipment, systems, utilities, services, parts, supplies, accessories, applications, installations, repairs, external wiring or connectors not supplied or authorized by SAMSUNG; damaged caused by incorrect electrical line voltage, fluctuations and surges; damaged caused by customer adjustments or failure to follow operating, cleaning, maintenance and environmental instructions that are covered and prescribed in the product user manual or other instructions; damaged caused by reception problems and distortion related to noise, echo, interference or other signal transmission and delivery problems; or damaged caused by brightness related to normal aging or any other issues caused by commercial or non-normal consumer use of this product. The cost of repair or replacement under these excluded circumstances shall be the customer’s responsibility."

I think you all understand screens. After they're fixed, who would move or touch them, or do the things listed above? I just feel like it's inappropriate for Samsung to use the warranty on this product. They simply don't want to provide a warranty. I've given up hope and don't have the time to repeatedly communicate with them. Has anyone else had similar repair experiences? I'm just trying to see if there's a way to fix it myself, even though it seems like a hassle.

I'm sorry that you're having this issue, but this item was not purchased directly from Samsung, it doesn't appear to be a Samsung product, and you don't seem to have a written warranty, which are always included with each product I've ever owned. It maybe then law that one is included.

This should be a product manufactured by another company for Samsung to match Samsung's projector. The product is also sold on Samsung's official website and the product name also identifies Samsung.

Even if it were manufactured by another company, Samsung would slap the Samsung name on it and it wouldn't say VividStorm.
