Our 55” Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV (2000)

is acting wacky! First the remote had stopped working right so we bought a new remote but now when you go to guide it just keeps rolling without stopping, when you try to change the volume it keeps going without stopping, when you go to settings it wont let you stop at general it just keeps going, If you go to apps it will nit open the app or sometimes it opens the app, it will not open what you touch to watch. Is there any answers to this?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend first just to test something out to try and just press the volume button one time to see if this still occurs. If it does please try and reset the remote by taking the batteries out and holding down the power button for at least 10 seconds.

If It's still occurring after that you may need a new remote.

As for the other issues I would recommend first making sure your TV is up to date. Please go to settings > All Settings > Support > Software Update. If that doesnt help then a factory reset would be recommended. You can do that by going to the following link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077524/

If none of this helps the last option would be service.Depending on your warranty you will have a few options.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can call in directly at 1-800-726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
