Monitors and MemoryHi everyone, I just bought a Samsung Smart Monitor M8 (model LS32BM801UCXXK) and Iโm having issues with the SlimFit camera.
The camera works with the SmartThings app (I can see the feed when the monitor is off), but it doesnโt show up in โConnected Devices โ Sourcesโ or in apps like Google Meet. My current firmware is version 1030, and when I check for updates, it says no updates available.
Has anyone else experienced this recently? Did a firmware update fix it for you?
Thanks!

Monitors and Memory
I havenโt connected any PC to the monitor. I opened Meet directly from the monitorโs browser.
The original problem is that the monitor doesnโt detect the camera under the โConnected devicesโ section.
I thought there might be an issue with the magnets, but since the camera works remotely, I want to believe the problem is with the monitorโs software, although Iโm not completely sure.

Monitors and MemoryI'm also facing the same issue. The camera is detected when directly plugged into other devices.
But the monitor is not recognizing it. I tried using the adaptor and normal USB (the normal USB connection works in other devices)

Monitors and MemoryI spoke with Samsung technical support. They even assisted me through a video call, but it couldnโt be fixed. They told me I had to take the monitor to a Samsung service center so they could check it.
