i have a Samsung m8 smart monitor, and after it has updated to ver. 1040, the HDMI and usb-c inputs no longer work. I've tried with my M3 MacBook pro, both HDMI and usb-c, and neither output to the monitor. I also tried with 2 separate windows laptops with both HDMI and usb-c, and nothing displays on the monitor, also tried with an iPhone, and iPad, and both do not output to monitor. the monitor was working fine before the update, but now no longer displays anything through HDMI or usb-c. I've also tried with several other cables, with no success. I've factory reset the monitor, and it didn't fix it either. is there away to downgrade to firmware to the previous version or will there be an update to fix this issue? thank you.

i had a m8 do this after a bad update too and the only thing that worked was doing a full power cycle unplug it for a few minutes then reboot with a single device plugged in
if that don't fix it you gotta wait for Samsung to push a hotfix cuz they don't let us downgrade firmware sadly
