Hello everyone!

I already got windows 11 on my 980 Pro but i want to install a new Windows 11 autounattend version.

So everytime when i go into the boot menu where i have to select a Drive to install that new windows 11 version on, it won't display my 980 Pro...

Does anyone know what to do?

Do a search for Win11 install media.  You'll boot from that to  erase the 980 so you can install to it again.

Hi,

your 980 Pro isn't showing up during the Windows 11 installation. Here are a few quick tips to troubleshoot:

  1. Check your BIOS settings to ensure the 980 Pro is recognized and that AHCI mode is enabled.
  2. Try disabling Secure Boot in the BIOS temporarily.
  3. Make sure you're booting the installer in the same mode as your current Windows (UEFI or Legacy).
  4. If your USB installer isn't working, recreate it using the Windows Media Creation Tool, ensuring it matches your system's partition scheme.
  5. Update your BIOS if there's a newer version available.
  6. Switch USB ports, preferably to a USB 2.0 port.
  7. Finally, ensure the 980 Pro is properly connected to your motherboard.
