Hello, there is visible burn in on my refurbished CHG90 monitor, what are my options?

The only option for burn in is a display replacement you would need to contact Support or take it to a certified repair center

I thought any monitors over 42 inch have to be in home service?  Mine is 49 inch

If under warranty I would contact Samsung care nit seen image burn in long time
