My Odyssey G9( LS49CG954ENXZA) just keeps flashing what looks like the self test screen when its powered on.

I have tried multiple cables and multiple pc's, i tried to have it firmware update but it wont do anything when i plug a USB in and there is no OSD.

Hello and thank you for reaching out to us regarding the monitor's flashing screen. I located these articles here as the best possible resources to assist in resolving this concern- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10002787/ and https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01110725/

Please note if the screen continues to flicker, flash, or experience image issues after following the previous steps, we recommend for you to request service by using the self set up option via this link- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/, or you can always private message any moderator by clicking on the chat option with your full model and serial number, and we can review service options with you.

Thank you and we look forward to speaking with you, if needed.

After looking at the video, this is something that will require service. Depending on your warranty, you will have a few options.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
