Odyssey Ark Gen 2 constant prompt

I have been fighting this prompt since I got my screen. Every time I reboot or wake up my PC it appears. I DO NOT need nor want my inputs to go through the device. However, no matter if I select the Do Not Show Again prompt, it just comes back. Every...single...time. How do I get it to stop???

I have the same issue, at this point I'm sure Samsung doesn't care at all about the customer support.

By design the Ark expects to be connected via USB to a PC.

Go ahead and connect it to the PC.  Once connected the prompt should go away and you can ignore the Ark hub as you don't have to connect anything additional to it.
