Monitors and MemoryKindly can you explain "generally compatible" My EB1 (made in 2022) is originally came with laptop...and i got DB1(made in 2020) in used condition from market...new, original was not available here.
My HP-15dw3389ne is now working fine...it has a startup time of 11 seconds. Is it OK?

Monitors and MemoryYes, Samsung EB1 and DB1 RAM modules are usually compatible if all key specs match, DDR4, 3200 MHz, 1Rx8, and 1.2 V. Mixing them wonโt cause major issues, but you might lose a bit of performance consistency due to minor timing differences. If your laptop handles memory balancing well, there wonโt be a bottleneck. Just make sure both sticks are seated properly and the BIOS detects them correctly for full dual-channel performance.

Monitors and MemoryPerfect, glad it worked out! Your system should now handle memory-heavy tasks faster without lag or throttling.

Monitors and MemoryWhat youโre seeing is normal โ Linux sometimes doesnโt fully use the GPU, so FPS stays low. Youโve done the basics (Performance Mode, Proton versions), which is good.
Try updating to a newer NVIDIA driver, make sure Vulkan is enabled, and check for any FPS caps or vsync settings.
