I have this monitor connected to my dell XPS.  Tested with my Razer laptop and have the same issue.

Both laptops are connected via a USB-C to Display port cable.
Did not have this issue with my original cable, but I could not get the full 5120x1440 resolution out of the monitor.

I had to buy this cable to get the maximum resolution.

I do not see anything on the OS side logging.

I have looked through the monitor settings and do not see a way to disable the message.

This might seem like a silly question but do your computers support 5120x1440 resolution?

Fixed this.  Bought a new cable and the issue went away.

What cable did you purchase that fixed this issue... ?  I have the Maxonar usbc-dp1.4 and am experiencing this problem.

Thanks

@userhkLI1zkm8a , what cable did you end up getting?

@userYYCf0JTUnD, I got the same cable and dealing with the exact same scenario as yourself. Have you been able to fix the problem on your end?

Returned the first cable, returned the second cable. The third one finally worked. Was really frustrating!
