My Samsung model UN32EH4003F Television has two HDMI ports. When I connect ROKU to HDMI 1 it works fine. When I connect ROKU to HDMI 2 the only image that shows on the screen is a message saying "HDCP Error Detected" and "To play this content,  all HDMI connections must support High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection".  The audio works fine but there is no video picture other than the above message.  Can anyone please tell me why this is this occurring and is there any way to have HDMI 2 work with ROKU?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! This seems like an issue with the HDMI 2 port. You can try updating the TV and after that trying a factory reset on the TV. If this doesn't help then this will require service. But due to the age of the TV this will be a out of warranty repair. You can use the link below to find a service center. But as this is still working on HDMI 1 everything should be fine.
