I currently have a 55" S90D. I know the system software updated not too long ago and I never had this issue before. I have a Spectrum DVR model Arris DCX3600M. If I power on the TV by itself it doesn't turn on. But I have a Switch 2 game system on HDMI 4 and when I am done using it I would always change it to HDMI 1, where the cable receiver is coming in. It would be easier for the next person using the TV. But now when I switch it to HDMI 1 the DVR powers on once I hit OK. But it never did that before. I have my Fire TV 4k Max on HDMI 2 and it did that also after the update so I shut off HDMI-CEC on the stick and it stopped. I have my SL10YG LG Sounbar connected via HDMI so if I go into the TV settings and try shutting off Anytime HDMI-CEC the DVR no longer powers on but the Soundbar is no longer connected. I went into the DVR's system settings and there is nothing addressing HDMI-CEC settings on the box.
