Icons appearing on older PN59D8000 after reset

I had an issue getting my picture to display and when I reset the source, now I'm getting the Samsung icons appearing in the top left intermittently. It wasn't doing this before. Also, the colors have reset to a deep saturation and skin colors especially are too red. Making adjustments is complicated because my remote died long ago and I haven't replaced it; I've been using my Spectrum remote to control the Apple TV device, volume on my receiver and channel selection. I've seen elsewhere that this might be that the location has reset to "In-store" and not "home," but I can't find that setting using the buttons on the TV.

Hi there, Thanks so much for reaching out about this. I can certainly understand the frustration of having your TV stuck in store mode. You may need to get a replacement remote for your TV in order to have full access to all the features and options. If you'd like, you can purchase one from SamsungParts.com or by calling 1-800-627-4368. However, to get the TV out of store mode, you'll just need to follow the steps in this link:
