I have a 55" Class CU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV (2023) & the volume has suddenly gone out of control. At first it was like someone was holding the volume down, but then it went all the way up to 100 & will not go down & stay down. I can hold volume down, but once I let go, it goes all the way back up to 100. I've removed batteries from remotes, I've reset volume from settings & reset the TV as well, but still the same result.
