Unusual spontaneous marks on screen

Have had this beautiful OLED TV for about 1 year. No problems before. Then all of a sudden noticed this mark. Doesn’t seem to be on the surface of the glass though. Tried gentle cleaning - no difference. Any thoughts??

Does it show when the screen is off? In both pictures with the screen on, it looks like some type of liquid spot.
