Currently, I have issues with my Samsung 7 series 75". Recently, my TV signed off my account, and after I tried to sign in to my Samsung account to use my apps, it didn't work or nothing happened. I tried to click it multiple times with my remote on the "Samsung account" in System Manager, but nothing happened. It doesn't let me prompt further to another screen; I just got stuck in the setting and tried to press the Samsung account multiple times.

The same thing happened when I tried to Reset Smart Hub but nothing happened no prompt further to another screen just pressed it multiple times having the same issue mentioned earlier

*I tried to factory reset/soft reset, and reset my router, but self-diagnosis doesn't help either since it doesn't prompt any further just stuck in setting the screen and pressing my remote multiple times, I tried to unplug the TV an hour, and replug it but still no work, Also tried to press on "Apps" and click on the sign in icon at top right of the screen doesn't prompt any further just stuck there click on it.

I tried to call and do the virtual on-screen with Samsung IT technical support and follow what they said that I mentioned earlier, also tried Remote Management but the IT technical support couldn't be able to connect it to my TV.
