LED and OLED TVsTwo weeks ago in installed my 77" Samsung OLED QN77S90DDF, I plugged my Firestick into HDMI_4, and the setup automatically labeled the HDMI port as "Firestick."
After moving it to HDMI_2, the Firestick works fine, but I can't get the HDMI port to display the "Firestick" label.
I've tried:
- - Navigating through the "Connection Guide" menu
- - Exploring the "External Device" menu
- - Performing a "Factory Reset"
None of these actions have resolved the issue.
HELP!

LED and OLED TVsIs there any reason you cannot keep it plugged into the original HDMI port? Have you tried plugging another device into the "firestick" port to see if the name changed (or even the other device even works in it). Have you read through the manual to see if there's a setting to manually name each port?

LED and OLED TVsWith HDMI 2 open it would open my home theater in HDMI 3 eARC.
The firestick in HDMI 2 and TV both function. I just want to label HDMI 2 FIRESTICK when it was in HDMI 4.
I have read all references to HDMI in the manual and there is no manual ability to name, unlike the model UN55H6300AFX I replaced.
