My TV is not able to be controlled. I cannot stop it from scrolling when trying to change apps. It goes back to Samsung TV (even though I removed this app). It's not the remote. I have tried three different remotes and it does the same thing. Will also turn itself on and off. I have done all of the suggested things: factory reset, smart app updates, reset. So we moved another samsung TV to the same location to use in the meantime, and the other TV did the same thing. This leads me to believe it's something in the electric, wireless area?? It happens with wifi and with hardwire connection. HELP. Has anyone had something like this happen?? TIA
Hello! Thank you for reaching out this is probably an issue with the remote. Remove the remote from the room and make sure its far enough away that it can not interact with the TV. If it stops you will need a new remote. You can purchase one at samsungparts.com
