LED and OLED TVsā
Model: UN58TU7000F
I tried:
- Unplugged, waiting for several minutes then plugging it back.
- Factory reset
- Soft reset
-Software updates
All did not work.
My TV works completely fine for around 5 minutes with absolute no issue before the pixels freeze and glitch and a black spot creeps up (as shown in the picture) then immediately black screens. After that, the TV blinks multiple times for like 5 minutes then turns on again just to repeat the entire process.
This started happening a few days ago but only once in a couple of days. Now it is every 5 minutes or so. The TV is not damaged at all and bought new 2 years ago. Appreciate any help.

LED and OLED TVsHi there! Thank you for reaching out. I know how aggravating this is and am happy to help! Have you checked the power cable for any damage? Is the TV plugged into a wall outlet or a surge protector? If it's plugged into a surge protector, try plugging it into a wall outlet and see if that helps. If not, the TV will need to be serviced. You can check the following link for a Samsung service center new you: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/locations/
