LED and OLED TVsI have a Samsung signage TV, model no. LH43QMBEBGCXGO and I forgot the security PIN that was set during setup. I'm trying to update the firmware and lock it down, but need the security PIN to do that. Anyone know how to reset the PIN without knowing the old PIN?

LED and OLED TVsI'm actually answering my own post because Samsung support was great and provided me the solution. The tech thought the combination of key presses on the remote was going to give me the option to reset the TV to factory settings. I had hoped to just be able to reset the PIN to the factory default of 000000 (six zeros) and not have to reset everything and reconfigure it all again. Much to the tech's surprise and mine, it actually just reset the PIN so I could change it to something I know now. Below are the steps to accomplish this on my model. Not sure if it will work on other signage TVs, but it's worth a try.
- Using the standard remote the TV came with, press the Power Off button in the upper right.
- While TV is still off, press these buttons in this order, Mute, 3,2,1, Power (upper left)
- Now try to unlock the TV using the default PIN of 000000.
