My TV won't cut on I have a red light flashing. And no sound or picture just a blue line at the bottom of the screen. I have called the store to have it repaired three times since my purchase. The store has canceled my 5 yr warranty, and it's only been two years. Because of the number of repairs and the cost. I talked to a Samsung representative that told me she would have a supervisor call me back. I have not heard from anyone. Does anyone from Samsung monitor this chat?
If this does not help then this will require service. As you are out of our standard one-year warranty this will be an out-of-warranty repair. Please use the link below to find a service center in your area.
