TV and Sound Bar interface issues with Spectrum Cable Box

Best buy never told us that Samsung does not interface with Spectrum cable box and we are having trouble every day and best buy and Samsung won't do anything about it!

Sound bars usually connect to the TV itself, not the cable box.

The sound bar connects to the tv itself either by Bluetooth or ARC HDMI port on the back of the tv

What is your issue?  I'm having issues with static when I change channels or FF on my Spectrum DVR box.  My Qsymphony soundbar and tv speakers work perfectly when streaming though.
