Hello! I just saw someone post about this, so I wanted to throw in my experience as well. 

After the menu stopped responding, I attempted a factory reset. The TV is now stuck on step 3 of this process, displaying nothing in the setup window. I cannot go forward or backwards, or open any menu, or connect my SmartThings app to control it externally.

I've tried holding down the power button, unplugging it for up to 30 minutes, and plugging it directly into the wall, but nothing has helped. 

Obviously, any advice is greatly appreciated. I'm currently number 496 in line for a support request.
