LED and OLED TVsHello everyone,
I can cast YouTube or Netflix to my Samsung smart TV, however I can NOT access the Samsung HUB, Menu/Tools and Input button. I would like to reset however it is impossible since the menu is not accessible. I've tried to unplug the TV, hold the power button, etc, but nothing seems to work. Did anyone have this issue before? Is there a way to reinstall the hub or reset TV when there is no access to the TV Menu?

LED and OLED TVsI'm sorry to hear that you were unable to resolve the issues your experiencing with your Samsung Television. I'd like to suggest a potential solution to your issue.
1. On your Samsung Television Remote
2. Press "Settings"
3. Tab down to "Support"
4. Select "Self Diagnosis"
5. Press the "OK" Key
6. Select "Reset Smart Hub"

LED and OLED TVsUnfortunately i can not access the tv settings neither the hub. I also can not change the input. The only thing i can do is casting.

Access smart hub and it should work.

LED and OLED TVsThanks. Still does not work. Screen stays black and nothing happens. Is there any way to reset the TV without accessing the settings on the screen?
