LED and OLED TVsHello, I have a Samsung 55 inch 4k UHD TV I purchased in Dec 2018. My screen is turning dark and its on right side of the TV more then the left. Anyone else have this issue? If so is it a cheap fix and is it not worth fixing at all? I will probably never buy another Samsung TV if this will be a persistent problem!

LED and OLED TVsI'm sorry to hear that, if this occurs across all sources and during the picture test this will require service you have a couple of options based on your warranty.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.

LED and OLED TVsI bought mine (55" UHD) in December of 2018 as well. I have the same problem, the screen is darkened on the right side (almost half of the screen). I called tech support and did all they said but nothing worked. Of course it is out of warranty and my dealer was not helpful at all. It seems that many of us have the same problem. Samsung should fix it at no charge.
