Samsung tv plus not showing

Hello. I recently bought Samsung @CU7000 smart tv and the Samsung tv plus app is not showing and I couldn't find it in the apps as well to download. Moreover a lot of other apps that I could see in the Samsung website are not available or it could not find in the apps.
