Our Samsung TV has has an error message reading "There are no TV PLUS channels available at the moment. Select Retry and wait a moment." for weeks now. How do we resolve this?

Click the home key > settings > support > device care and see from there and you can even get customer service through that application. Hopefully they can help out.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! TV plus is a really useful to watch TV. I would recommend trying first to make sure that you are connected to the 2.4GHz network on your TV. You should be able to tell which is which when selecting what network your connecting to, as most TVs will show the name of your network without 5GHz in the name. Most of our TVs are not compatible with the 5GHz signal. 

 

If this does not help then you can try a factory reset on the TV. You will be able to do that by going to Settings > General > Reset, the pin for the TV should be 0000 unless it was changed.
