Samsung Q808A 55 TV no auto connect to internet

The FIRST TIME ONLY when I turn on the tv every day, I always have to manually connect to the router and Internet. If I turn the tv off during the day and back on, it connects automatically. Below are all the things I have done to try and fix the problem.

1. Update the TV to the latest firmware

2. Reset the TV and network and router

3. Did a factory reset on the tv.

None of these worked. I sure could use some help figuring this out. Any suggestions and cures would be greatly appreciated.

@sembrewery1953 Have you tried configuring your router to give the TV a fixed (unchanging) IP address?

Also, are you turning off the TV via the remote or toggling the AC off to the TV?

Thank You for getting back to me so soon. 

To answer both of your questions,  I do have the tv set to a permanent ip address, and I use the remote controller only to turn on and off the  TV.
