LED and OLED TVshad the TV 3 days. On the rear of the TV there are 8 visible speakers only 2 of the 8 seem to work. there are 4 on each side of the TV the second from the center are the only ones that seem to work. There are other speakers internal to the TV located on the top two corners. Opened a repair ticket for a tech's help. Has anyone else experienced this issue.
Just a side note this is our second TV. these speakers on our first tv were not lined up with the openings on the back cover of the tv which would have hindered them from working. Funny that we are having problems with these same speakers on our second attempt. Otherwise everything seems to be working and we like the TV over all.

LED and OLED TVsYour TV has 8 speakers, 4.2.2CH.
4 of them (2 left, right channel) you can hear. 2 speakers (center speaker) are for surround sound, they only work with the 5.1 sound format
The 2 speakers are for surround sound and are located at the top of the TV, they require Dolby Atmos sound format.
The 2 subwoofers are woofers which reproduce very low frequencies, you may not hear them as they usually sound like very muffled thumps.
I'm assuming that your TV is serviceable. It's just that you're watching a video that only has stereo sound, only two channels, so only two speakers are working. To check this, find a movie with Dolby Atmos audio format, make sure your TV has Dolby Atmos enabled, and listen to the sound.
