65" S90D TV video continuously stutters/judders 4 times a second with any video played using the YouTube app. The motion is not smooth, there is some sort of frame rate sync issue happening here. It is very prominent using Apple TV, but it is also there when using the Youtube app inside the smart hub, just a little less.
Using judder reduction reduces the noticeability of the problem, but then it turns on the soap opera effect, which is unacceptable. I have had settings at Blur reduction - 10 and judder reduction - 0, with clear motion turned off, since I bought the TV.
I do not remember the TV doing this when I bought it, but the problem is getting worse. Is something failing inside the TV?
