LED and OLED TVsFor the past 2 days, I've been getting an EXTREMELY annoying popup notification with small ding sound. This pops up about every 2 hours and disappears in 5 seconds. Impossible and just plain silly to not be able to read it. It does say something about thanks for being a customer and that smart hub collects data in some kind of way and that you can mess with settings in settings. I have never been able to read it as it leaves so fast. I just disconnected it from my network prior to posting this. Anyone knows what this is and most importantly, how to stop it?
I only hope that disconnecting it from my network will stop these messages but only thing I can find under privacy settings want me to agree to a bunch of check marks. I clicked none of them as I do not agree with their TOS for something that I rarely use. This TV is strictly as a monitor and have no antenna connected. I could completely disable smart hub as I may just have by disconnecting the network connection.

LED and OLED TVsGetting the same thing on my QN55. About 2 minutes after a hard reboot and then every 2 hours or so I get an annoying pop up reminding me the SmartHub privacy notice. There really needs to be a way to disable ALL notifications. Itās bad enough that the last update forces the awful Brightness Optimization setting at 14 on the SmartHub.

LED and OLED TVsSame notifications. I checked all and it's still popping up. If anyone has a clue, please let us know. I'm already shopping for a different brand. Between this annoying notification and the constant connection sound (as if I'm connecting a new item)...š¤¬

LED and OLED TVsHaving/Had same issue
I went into All Settings > General &Privacy > Terms & Privacy > Smart Hub U.S. Privacy Notice and clicked through all the options so that the TV registers that I have reviewed all the privacy notices. Then Close out of it
I haven't seen the pop up after this. BUT, as mentioned the pop up only appeared for like 5 seconds so if I wasn't staring at the screen I might have missed it. Time will tell

LED and OLED TVsReply, that's what they want. Us to go and agree to all the information. I sure it includes some type of arbitration information and such. I don't agree with it and don't use the smart hub. They make an annoying pop up that will bother us until it is agreed to. I just disconnected my TV off of the network and haven't seen it since. If this does remedy the info. I'll just block this tv from online access via my router but keep it connected to my home assistant so I can still control it via remote. A work in progress. I'll see if disconnecting actually fixed the issue.

LED and OLED TVsI just got off Samsung support chat. They are boosting this to tier 2 level and I should hear back from them in a day or two. If you do the same, be sure to get a ticket number for reference.

LED and OLED TVsFor reference, the exact message which I managed to capture is
Thank you for being our valued customer. As a reminder, and as mentioned in the Smart Hub Privacy Notice (found in the TV settings), we may collect information about how you use this device and the services you use on it."
The support assistant wanted the exact wording and a screenshot, which I uploaded.

LED and OLED TVsI had the same message pop up on my TV last night.
There is nothing to confirm. It just appears and then disappears in a few seconds.
