Got my s95d in May one connect box finally failed. With all these known issues with Ocb's produced in 2024 Mexico why are they still being shipped with tvs in 2025. And why would you need to wait a week for service instead of just getting a new ocb shipped to you.

Totally agree! same thing happend to me! They did fix the issue but I still had to wait about a week without a t,v
