Just purchased and picked up. Went home to setup it up and everything went fine. However, I noticed when the TV is off, I see a vertical line on the right side of the panel from top to bottom, if I position myself to the side of the TV, and use the sunlight reflection, I can see this vertical line. I'm a bit worried that it's only a day old and there seems to be an issue with the panel. I do not see this vertical line when the TV is on, but it does leave me feeling like this panel could fail in the future.
Support is making me do diagnostics. At this point, I don't want a repair. I want a new TV would a panel that doesn't exhibit this irregularity. I paid for a 77" OLED and I want it to be perfect on day one. Not this. Anyone else have this issue and if so, what was the outcome?
