How to get the Universal Remote to control PS5 after initial set up?

During set up, something went wrong and the Universal Remote didn't properly connect to my PS5 to be able to control it with the remote. I went to the Universal Remote Set Up but there's no PlayStation option for me to set it up properly. All the appropriate settings are on on both the TV and PlayStation, so how do I get the remote and system to recognize each other so I can just use my remote instead? Do I have to factory reset the TV to be able to get the remote to connect to the PlayStation? I have the Crystal UHD DU7200 from 2024, and the remote in my living room connected to my PS3 out there with no issue. But the PS5 is giving me an issue. Anyone have any ideas? I can't even find the factory reset option, but I could just be in a blind frustration.

Hi there, Thanks so much for asking about this. I have a few links that may help with this. This first link has everything you need to know about setting up and using the Samsung universal remote.

I also recommend checking that the software on your TV is up to date. You can use this link for steps on how to do this:

If that does not resolve the issue, the next step would be a factory reset of the TV. This link has a step by step guide on resetting the TV.

Please let us know if this helps.
