How to enable Filmmaker mode

I have a new QN990F 8K TV why is filmmaker mode is grayed out statin not available and Connor turn on

Are intelligent settings on? If so, turn off and try filmmaker mode. Some settings conflict with each other and will make some options unavailable.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Filmmaker mode can be greyed out depending on the current picture settings. As in the preset picture settings. Please scroll through these and try it then.
