LED and OLED TVsI purchased a new 65 inch S95D OLED TV. Model QN65S95DAFXZA. My main reason for purchasing, after calls to Samsung to confirm support, was that this model has support for bluetooth Auracast. I also own a Samsung Galaxy S24+ (unlocked) and a set of Resound brand hearing aids, all of which support Auracast. The TV updated its software during initial setup and says it is running level 1201 (more specifically from the "about TV" QR-code info, FW: T-PTMDAKUC-1201.8.
The S95D pdf manual, downloaded today in pdf format, describes how to enable Auracast.
Home -> All Settings -> Sound -> Expert settings -> Auracast
My problem is that Auracast is not listed when I get to "Expert settings" for sound. I scrolled the list.
Can anyone help? I am in the US, and there is this silly "may not be supported in all geographies" bullet in the "Using Auracast" section of the S95D manual, but my calls to Samsung prior to purchasing all said it is supported (after I had to educate them on what Auracast is and point them at their own doc).

As stated in the User manual, on page 108 of the user manual for the model you provided, it states that this feature is only available for QN800C/QN800D or higher. Please take a look at the user manual below.
