Having problems with the new TV shutting off randomly. Tried the usual shut off turn on, unplug from TV and outlet. Changed HDMI cables and ports on TV. Any suggestions?

Hi there, thanks so much for reaching out about this. I can certainly understand the concern here. The error you described usually occurs when there is an issue with the Wi-Fi connection. I have this link that can walk you through what steps to take for this:

https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10002209/

However, I also have this link that has some additional steps you can take if the TV is only having power issues:

https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10002218/

Please let us know if this helps.
