how do you clear the cache on the television to try to get it to work. Is there an option to clear the cache? Is there even a cache? I tried reinstalling the app, exiting and signing in again, but nothing seems to consistently work.

LED and OLED TVsTurn the tv off first, then Unplug the tv from the outlet for at least 1 minute, then plug it back in. By doing this, you are performing a soft reset that will clear the tvs cache.

LED and OLED TVsThere are two ways to clear the cache memory on the Samsung:
1. unplug the power plug for a couple of minutes
2. hold down the power button for 20 seconds while turning on the TV, the cache wiping program will start.
