LED and OLED TVsThis is an odd issue some are having with the search tool. Thanks for sharing your point of view with us. Have you already tried the suggestion that LongHiker mentioned? There should be a Universal Search. There isn't always a separate magnifying glass inside the Apps section. Instead, press the Home button, navigate to the left sidebar, and select the Search (magnifying glass) icon there.
Is it possible that some may need to verify your region? Ensure your Samsung Account and TV service location are set to the United States, as the Spectrum app is not available internationally.
The last thing I can think of is taking a look at the Samsung TV App Guide here or contacting Spectrum Support directly to verify if there are known issues.
