Solved: 70" TV came off mounting bracket - Samsung Community

Purchased a 70" TV in May 2024. I hung the TV on the wall, and it was secure until tonight, November 28, 2024, when the metal nuts in the mounting holes came out of the TV. What should my first step be to have it repaired or replaced?
